We are aware of the events industry's impact on the environment, and that’s why, from our building to our daily operations, Unity Place follows a strong sustainability ethos. At its core, Unity Place has been intentionally designed to support the health and wellbeing of its occupants while supporting the Net Zero goals of the Milton Keynes businesses we serve.
Our building runs on green energy, utilising air-sourced heat pumps and over 400 PV solar panels on the rooftop, offsetting 40 tonnes of CO2 annually. We implement closed-loop recycling systems onsite and collaborate with suppliers to reduce packaging and single-use plastics. We also collect rainwater for reuse in flushing toilets and watering plants, demonstrating our commitment to sustainable water management.
