All Flows is an annual forward-thinking Creative, Design & Digital Conference taking place May 23-24 at Unity Place, Milton Keynes.

Established in 2023, All Flows stems from an aspiration to amplify Milton Keynes’ narrative as a ‘Design City,’ and establish the city as a destination for the creative industries. The inaugural edition demonstrated this ambition through a bold and inclusive programme that connected the city and its local audiences with international creatives working at the forefront of the sector.

All Flows gained recognition from the international creative press, including Creative Boom, Design Week, and Eye Magazine, as one of the key design conferences to attend in 2023, and All Flows look forward to building on this success in the years to come.
